My guy and I went here after a long drive back from San Diego, and this place hit the spot! Excellent and quick service, PHO was so flavorful and fresh. They accommodated my veggie and his beef and shrimp cravings, and the passion fruit drink is so delicious. 5/5 highly recommend to anyone hungry for healthy authentic cuisine.

As someone who was born and raised in San Jose, this place is the best and most authentic Vietnamese spot in the valley!! I've tried so many places and everyone recommends Pho So 1 but they SUCK, so I would drove to OC to eat viet food until I found Pho 21!! Reminds me of home Also, I'd say that my family and I make the best eggrolls (we've literally been told by many, many people throughout the years), but the eggrolls here are pretty good! Also to the person who complained about rare steak when they ordered pho with rare steak.......maybe you stick to eating non-ethnic food. The steak comes rare because it cooks in the broth, and a quick Google search could've told you that.

The Bahi mi sandwiches are our favorite, we like the beef and pork ones the best. They are so good and light, the bread is very crispy yet has a softness about it making it a perfect sandwich. I have also enjoyed their tofu spring rolls fried. They are so good with their sauce, yummy! Can't wait to try other delicious food here!

I've been craving banh xeo and found that they served it at this restaurant (after extensive searching). Came here on a Sunday around 7 pm. They have parking behind the restaurant but we found a free meter right in front. We were greeted and seated immediately. The inside is bright and friendly. The menu is super extensive! The women working were all kind. We decided to get the #77 fried spring rolls, #84 Coconut flour crepe (banh xeo), #21 mixed seafood udon noodle soup, and #01A avocado smoothie. The food was ready within minutes. First came the fried spring rolls. Probably one of the most flavorful ones I've tried! They had a subtle Smokey flavor. Of course came with the typical veg and dipping sauce. 6 pieces for $10 not a bad price, would definitely get again. Next was the udon. The broth was flavorful and I was surprised by the amount of seafood in it! There were 3 pieces of shrimp, a small crab claw, fish ball, and fish cake. I did like it, but would prefer to get other items in the future. This was $15. The banh xeo satisfied my craving for it but wasn't the best I had ever had. Although very crispy on the outside, the middle of the batter was underdone. I liked how many onions and bean sprouts there were and there was a good amount of meat. It was $16. I think I would rather get another order of the fried spring rolls bc they come with the same veg. The avocado smoothie was good but it was $7 for a slightly smaller drink than what we've gotten at other places. When the main woman working the restaurant came to check on us, I decided to ask what she likes to get to eat from the menu. She recommended the chicken wings. Since we still had some room in us, we decided to get the hot ginger sauce wings for $10.50. They were ready fast. The sauce was delicious and savory. The wings were pretty crispy. Personally, I don't like thicker batter so I wouldn't get it again for myself. But definitely great flavor and great texture inside and out. Overall a good Vietnamese spot. Would definitely come again because they have such a large menu!

I always love coming here, it's one of my top 3 pho places living in the Valley! The service is amazing, everyone is humble and friendly. The quality of each meal is beyond great. The restaurant and tables are kept very clean. My go to meal is their pho special and pho filet. I noticed they recently raised their prices but it's still worth it for the quality you get.

I saw all the 5-star reviews on Yelp and had to check the place out. I came by just as they opened at 10AM, got a Pho and a Shrimp and Veggie Stir-fry. Everything from food to the quality of service to the place itself was wonderful. You can tell when people take great care of their business. I'll be back!

3.5 to be exact In terms of flavor, I thought the meat was bland and dry. The egg rolls were just okay. The egg roll wrapper was not as crispy as I'm used to getting. I could get same quality egg rolls from the frozen food section. The pho was better than the bun (my dish) in my opinion. I just wish it wasn't in such "shady" area. I have to say the service was FANTASTIC, but unfortunately I won't be back.
